Objetivo: Identificar a produção científica atual em relação aos conhecimentos e práticas da Enfermagem sobre os Resíduos dos Serviços de Saúde nas Unidades Pediátricas. Método: Revisão integrativa nas bases de dados Scielo, Cinahl, Web of Science, Pubmed, Scopus e Embase, entre os anos de 2016 a 2021, totalizando 13 artigos. Resultados: Os achados apontaram para três categorias principais: Conhecimentos e Práticas em relação aos Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde, Educação Permanente com ferramenta para o descarte dos resíduos de serviços de saúde; e Sustentabilidade no contexto dos resíduos e sua relação com a responsabilidade social. Conclusão: Faz-se necessária à oportunização da capacitação periódica, bem como o uso de instrumentos autoexplicativos que podem auxiliar no momento da prática, a todos os profissionais de saúde, em especial, aos de Enfermagem. Verificou-se a presença de lacunas com estudos evidenciando os Resíduos de Serviços de Saúde e a Enfermagem Pediátrica.
