Abstract:ObjectiveThis study systematically evaluated Tai Chi’s effects on balance, fall prevention, and physical function in older adults.MethodsA comprehensive literature search of PubMed, Web of Science, and EMbase databases included randomized controlled trials published up to August 2024.
