Effectiveness tests of safety components in case of forklift tip over

Abstract

Badanie skuteczności działania elementów bezpieczeństwa w przypadku przewrócenia się podnośnikowego wózka jezdniowego The article describes the simulation tests of selected safety components to protect the operator from the effects of forklift overturning. The Madymo package software was used in the study. Forklift models were turned over at different velocities and using various safety components. Effectiveness was evaluated on the basis of the estimated severity of the injuries.
