Abstract:This study aimed to assess how remote multicomponent training group (MTG) influences the quality of life (QoL) among older individuals. Fifty-six participants (63 ± 2.93 years) were divided into two groups: the (MTG, n = 28) and the control group (CG, n = 28). The assessment of QoL used WHOQOL-BREF and WHOQOL-OLD.
