Abstract: The influence of Core Stability Exercise (CSE) on functional performance in adults with Chronic Low Back Pain (CLBP) is a debated topic. This study aimed to explore CSE effects on functional performance in this demographic. English-language studies until October 2023 were systematically gathered from Web of Science, Scopus, and PubMed, with PEDro scoring and adherence to PRISMA guidelines.
