With the continuous development of the times, the speed of industrialisation and urbanisation, the types and quantities of construction waste have risen exponentially with the booming construction industry, but the awareness of enterprises and residents of waste recycling has not been raised in tandem with the development of the times, failing to pay attention to the effectiveness and benefits brought by construction waste recycling, resulting in China's construction waste recycling system not yet perfect. As the problem of environmental pollution becomes increasingly serious, international calls for environmental protection are becoming stronger, and the construction waste recycling industry will then be treated with even higher requirements. Therefore, this paper aims to study and establish a new and controllable urban construction waste information management system, which will integrate the information of construction waste recycling process in this system and be supervised and mastered by the government, which will help the government to coordinate the linkage of various departments and maximise the use of urban resources [1], so as to achieve the purpose of greening, resourcefulness and harmlessness of construction waste recycling and promote the prosperous development of China's construction waste recycling industry.
