Effects of Cynanchum bungei Decne Addition on the Physicochemical Properties and Antioxidant Activity of Rice Wine

Abstract: Cynanchum bungei Decne is an agricultural crop with a high starch content and contains bioactive compounds with anti-tumor, anti-depressant, anti-oxidant, and other activities.
