Effects of Different Orifice Structure on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Steel Strip Surface in an Air Impinging Freezer

Abstract: Abstract. In this paper, the fluid field in an air impinging freezing experimental table was studied by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) numerical simulation technology.
