Abstract:Electrostatic interactions in nanoscale systems can influence the heat transfer mechanism and interfacial properties. This study uses molecular dynamics simulations to investigate the impact of various electrostatic interactions on the Kapitza resistance (R k ) on a hexagonal boron nitride-water system.
