Abstract:The hot-water extraction method has been employed to enhance the diffusion rate of heteroglycans, thereby augmenting the extraction efficiency. This study investigates the antioxidant activities and immunological properties of water-soluble polysaccharides derived from the Hibiscus sabdariffa calyx (HWPF and LWPF).
