Effects of interface reflection on the resonant condition for a microcavity with multilayers between cavity mirrors

Abstract: The effects of the interface reflection on the resonant condition for a microcavity (MC) have been investigated by employing an optical model based on the transfer matrix method (TMM). The dependence of the resonant condition on the layer thicknesses and refractive index of the layers in the cavity is investigated in detail.
