“…The estimated specific capacitance of these electrodes obtained from the CV curve at 10 mV s–1 scan rate are 1580, 1655, 1950, 1356 and 208 F/g for pristine, illuminated with 2.5×10 15 , 5.0×10 15 , 7.5×10 15 and 1.0×10 16 ions/cm 2 consistently. Results indicate that the dosage of 5.0×10 15 ions/cm 2 illuminated sample provided the highest specific capacitance, and the CV curve showed a nearly perfect rectangular loop signifying great supercapactive property [6]. It was observed that at high‐energy doses, specific capacitance decreased significantly while the rectangular shaped loop observed in pristine and low energy dosage samples disappeared.…”
