Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of long-term indomethacin therapy (LIT) in prolonging pregnancy and reducing spontaneous preterm birth (PTB) in patients undergoing fetoscopic laser surgery (FLS) for the management of twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS).
