Efficiency Assessment for Indoor Microwave Wireless Power Transmission Systems

Abstract: Keeping the power hungry, smart wireless communication devices up and running became a challenging issue due to the need for continuous supply of battery power required for fulfilling all the functions. Since the battery capacity is limited, it needs to be recharged as often as possible. Hence, rather than spreading wires all around, it is a promising solution to cover the medium with electricity wirelessly or create charging points around residential premises based on Wireless Power Transmission technology.
