Efficiency improvement of Roots vacuum pump working process

Abstract: Summary In this paper influence of rotor profile type of Roots vacuum pumps on backward leakage through channels of rotor mechanism and pumping speed is considered. Elliptical, involute, and circular profiles are widely used.
