Efficient Adaptation of Fuzzy Controller for Smooth Sending Rate to Avoid Congestion in Multicast Networks

Abstract: This paper prefers a fuzzy-logic-based sending rate adaption scheme named FSR(Fuzzy Sending Rate) intending to improve the evenness of TCPFriendly Multicast Congestion Control (TFMCC).
