Efficient combinatorial approach to isolating rat pulmonary endothelial cell phenotypes

Abstract: Endothelium from discrete vascular segments within the lung displays phenotypic and functional heterogeneity. However, isolation of segment specific endothelial cells (ECs) is a time and cost intensive process.
