Efficient extraction of equivalent circuit parameters for interconnect structures based on the Battle‐Lemarie scalet in the method of moments

Abstract: SUMMARYBattle-Lemarie father wavelet is used as a basis function in the method of moments (MoM) for solving interconnect and packaging problems and extracting circuit parameters needed in signal integrity.
