Efficient noble metal promoted bimetallic cobalt catalysts in the selective synthesis of acetaldehyde dimethyl acetal

Abstract: Herein we report the one-pot cobalt catalysed synthesis of the dimethylacetal of acetaldehyde from synthesis gas and methanol.
