Abstract:The characteristic features of hexagonally Cr2N compound is considered by the theoretical valuation of elastic, mechanical, ultrasonic and thermophysical properties. Initially, the higher order elastic constants (HOECs) of nanostructured Cr2N material are computed using the Lennard-Jones many body interactions potential approach. With the help of the HOECs such as modulus like Young's, bulk and anisotropic parameters are evaluated for elastic and mechanical characterization. Temperature dependent ultrasonic ve… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
