Abstract: This research paper explores the impact of electrical discharge machining process parameters, including current, pulse‐on time (Ton), and pulse‐off time (Toff), on the material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (SR) during the fabrication of aluminum silicon dioxide (Al7075–SiO2) composites.
