Abstract:Electrical resistivities for Ho(Fe1−xCox)2 C15 Laves phases were measured in a wide temperature region (13–1000 K) and the residual, phonon and magnetic resistivities contributing to them were separated. Moreover, the parameters characterizing resistivity dependence on temperature and composition, including the Debye temperature, were determined. The differential of the magnetic part of electrical resistivity against temperature was used to estimate Curie temperatures. The Curie temperature changes approximate… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
