“…Normal and diabetic human skin fibroblasts were isolated from skin tissues collected from non‐diabetic and diabetic patients (61–80 years old) following leg amputation surgery, as previously reported (Rouabhia et al., 2020). Cells were used in passages 4–6 were seeded (10 5 cells/cm 2 ) onto the PPy/HE/PLLA membranes in the electrical cell culture device and cultured for 24 h.
