Electrical transport phenomenon in the lead bismuth borate glasses

Abstract: Ternary system of lead-bismuth-borate glasses has been fabricated in three different compositions (PbO)x% -(Bi 2 O 3 )(50-x)% -(B 2 O 3 )50% with x = 5, 15 and 25 using the melt quench technique. The D.C. electrical transport mechanism has been discussed both in the low and high field regions.
