Abstract: The present work describes the electrocatalytic oxidation of nitrite in the presence of a composite of coordination polymer of cobalt‐4‐pyridylporphyrin and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide. The electrode was modified by drop‐casting a suspension of graphene oxide and polymeric cobalt‐4‐pyridylporphyrin followed by reduction through cyclic voltammetry in the potential range 0.0 V to −1.5 V.
