“…The resulting modified electrode provided excellent electrochemical activity for the simultaneous detection of dopamine and uric acid. Another example of the combination of COF and AuNPs is described by Yang et al [90]. In this work, the condensation between 1,3,6,8-tetra(4formyl phenyl) pyrene (TFPPy) and 2,6-diaminopyridine yield the new DP-Py COF with an unusual wavy topology.…”

“…In addition, Anastasiadi et al [ 53 ] concluded that in a BR buffer solution at a higher pH value of 8, a larger background current occurs due to the discharge of the electrolyte. Guan et al [ 68 ] showed that the peak potential of CF remained unchanged with the increasing pH of PBS, indicating that protons were not included in the oxidation process.…”

“…Depending on the type of sensor used, the researchers had different conclusions. Geto and Brett [ 55 ], Guan et al [ 68 ], Jose et al [ 57 ], and Monteiro et al [ 93 ] noticed a linear relationship between the peak current (I p ) and the square root of the scan rate (v 1/2 ), indicating a diffusion-controlled process. On the other hand, Horst et al [ 62 ] and Varsha et al [ 21 ] observed a linear relationship between the peak current (I p ) and the scan rate (v), suggesting that the process is adsorption-controlled.…”

“…Recently, many researchers have begun to focus on the chemical enhancement mechanism of SERS. The charge transfer (CT) enhancement related with semiconductor materials is used in these studies. Because intermolecular interactions can alter the electron density distribution and the Raman scattering cross section, SERS would improve the different Raman vibration modes of probe molecules and detection specificity. In previous studies, the CT and EM mechanisms were often discussed separately. There has been a lack of effective methodology for combining the two mechanisms into a single-material system to design the most efficient SERS substrate.…”
