Electrodiagnostic features of myasthenia gravis in patient with predominantly bulbar symptoms. Case report

Abstract: Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease, the clinical manifestations of which are in the form of weakness and pathological muscle fatigue. We present the clinical case of a patient with predominantly lingual muscle involvement. The patient was diagnosed with a generalized 2A–2B form of myasthenia gravis.
