Abstract:Electromagnetic (EM) imaging aims to produce large-scale, high-resolution soil conductivity maps that provide essential information for Earth subsurface exploration. To rigorously generate EM subsurface models, one must address both the forward problem and the inverse problem. From these subsurface resistivity maps, also referred to as volumes of resistivity distribution, it is possible to extract useful information (lithology, temperature, porosity, permeability, among others) to improve our knowledge about g… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
