Abstract: The electron cyclotron maser instability (ECMI) stands as a pivotal coherent radio emission mechanism widely implicated in various astrophysical phenomena. In the context of solar activity, ECMI is primarily instigated by energetic electrons generated during solar eruptions, notably flares.
