Electronic Logistics Service Quality (e-LSQ): Its Impact on the Customer’s Purchase Satisfaction and Retention

Abstract: The Internet retailing industry continues to grow rapidly. Several Internet retailers are, however, struggling to retain customers due to the high level of competition among incumbents.
