Electronic Structure and Growth of Electrochemically Formed Iridium Oxide Films

Abstract: The nature of the electronic structure of electrochemically formed iridium oxide films (EIROF) is investigated by in-situ conductivity measurements in an electrochemical cell and ex-situ current-sensing atomic force microscopy (CS-AFM).
