Abstract:Cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I, and tanshinone IIA were analyzed by High-performance liquid chromatography /electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry. MSn spectra were obtained and optimized by energy collision induced dissociation (CID) from [M+H]+ ions, the effect of collision energy on production of fragmental ions were studied and optimal signals were achieved. With the collision energy of 35%, tanshinones have optimal signals of fragmental ions and maximal amounts of product fragment ions respectively. Th… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
