Elektrokardiographische Befunde bei Subarachnoidalblutungen

Abstract: Berichte über besondere elektrokardiographische Befunde bei Subarachnoidaiblutungen findet man vereinzelt in der angelsächsischen Literatur (1, 2-6, 14, 17, 19). Darüber hinaus hat die Kenntnis des EKG bei diesem Krankheitsbild offensichtlich wenig Verbreitung gefunden.Nach unseren eigenen Erfahrungen kommt dem EKG-Befund einmal ein diagnostischer Wert bei dieser Erkrankung zu; zum anderen können diagnostische Fehlschlüsse gezogen werden, wenn die speziellen EKG-Veränderungen nicht als Folge der Subarachnoidal… Show more
