“…Efforts to reduce disparities among older adults with cancer across sociodemographic groups will not be accomplished by a single researcher or practitioner. It will require a team approach, 92 and it will be important to ensure that each member of the cancer care delivery team defines health disparities and health equity inclusive of differences by age and differences within the older adult population (eg, differences by race or ethnicity among older adults).
