In order to reduce the carbon emissions of cold chain logistics and promote the construction of ecological civilization, a logistics distribution path optimization model with the minimum total cost as the objective function under the carbon tax system was proposed. The model comprehensively considers the technical advantages of the Internet of things and the characteristics of cold chain logistics; introduces soft time window, customer satisfaction, and carbon emissions as the main constraint conditions; uses the improved genetic algorithm to solve the mathematical model; uses Matlab to encode; and shows the effectiveness and rationality of the model and algorithm through examples. The experimental results show that: The total cost is 9917.12 yuan, customer satisfaction is 97.07%, carbon emission is 161.06 kg, carbon tax is 5.64 yuan/ton, fixed cost is 600 yuan, transportation cost is 72.72 yuan, refrigeration cost is 8811.73 yuan, cargo damage cost is 427.03 yuan, penalty cost is 0 yuan, The validity of the algorithm and the rationality of the model are verified. When enterprises add a carbon tax constraint, the total cost of cold chain distribution is reduced, and the carbon emission is reduced compared with that without carbon tax. The research can provide a reference for enterprise cold chain logistics distribution decisions.

The prosperity and growth of digital design not only changed people's lifestyle to a great extent, but also affected designers and the design industry itself to a great extent. Bauhaus's design principles emphasize the integrity, functionality, rationality and emotional resonance of design, and these principles still have important guiding significance for contemporary digital design. This paper discusses the influence of Bauhaus design principles on digital design. These principles provide digital designers with brand-new design thinking and creative methods, and help them better cope with the challenges and opportunities in the digital age. At the same time, these principles also provide an important guiding ideology and theoretical basis for the future growth of digital design, making digital design more in line with human needs and cultural values. Innovative teaching strategies for art and design based on VAR model

The rapid development of art and design nowadays puts forward higher and higher requirements on the teaching of art and design, and the bottleneck phenomenon of cultivating innovative ability in art and design is becoming more and more prominent. To study the innovative teaching strategy of art design, this paper proposes a creative new teaching strategy based on the VAR model for the current problems in art design teaching. The experiment examines the feasibility of the strategy in three dimensions: student satisfaction, innovation rating, and comprehensive rating of teaching outcomes. The results showed that the innovative teaching strategy increased the percentage of satisfied students by 29.7% and decreased the percentage of dissatisfied students by 50%. The mean value of students’ innovation rating in the traditional teaching mode was 58.3, while the mean value of students’ innovation rating in the VAR model-based teaching method was 67.3, an increase of 15.4%, showing that the innovation of teaching was recognized. In terms of the overall rating of teaching results, the mean value of traditional teaching was 61.5, and the mean value of innovative teaching was 81.3, an increase of 32.1%, which showed that the teaching effect was significantly improved. Moreover, the standard deviation of traditional teaching scores reached 10.01, which is much larger than 5.87 under innovative teaching. The adoption of an innovative teaching strategy can greatly shorten the gap between art and design students. In conclusion, the innovative teaching strategy proposed in this paper can be well adapted to the art and design classroom, which can be well accepted by students and improve the teaching effect.
