Abstract: Ruptured Sinus of Valsalva (RSOV) is a rarely encountered cardiac anomaly that can potentially lead to adverse clinical outcomes. RSOV increases the risk of morbidity during pregnancy due to the physiological changes associated with gestation, that can exacerbate the underlying cardiac pathology.
