Emerging technologies for metabolite generation and structural diversification

Abstract: Multiple technologies have emerged for structural diversification and efficient production of metabolites of drug molecules. These include expanded use of enzymatic and bioorganic transformations that mimic biological systems, biomimetic catalysis and electrochemical techniques.
