In the context of the rapid development of the modern economy, information is particularly important in the economic field, and information determines the decision-making of enterprises. Therefore, how to quickly dig out information that is beneficial to the enterprise has become a crucial issue. This topic applies data mining technology to economic intelligent systems and obtains the data object model of economic intelligent systems through the integration of information. This article analyzes the interrelationship between its objects on this basis and uses data mining-related methods to mine it. The establishment of economic intelligence systems not only involves the establishment of mathematical models of economic systems, but also includes research on the algorithms applied to them. How to apply an algorithm to quickly and accurately extract the required economic intelligence domain information from the potential information in the database, or to provide a method to find the best solution, involves the use of association rules and classification prediction methods. The application of data mining algorithms can be used to study the application of economic intelligence systems. This paper develops and designs an economic intelligence information database and realizes the economic intelligence system on this basis, and realizes the research results. Finally, this paper has tested the dataset, and the results show that the classification accuracy of this algorithm is 2.64% higher than that of the ID3 algorithm.

The article analyzes the methodology of modern economic theory. The advantages and disadvantages Of the McConnell and brew economies are analyzed. It is compared with the textbook “Political economy” of the period of the USSR and Soviet Russia. A literature review has shown that many authors are critical of Main stream and are looking for alternative theories and methodologies. The article analyzes the institutional reasons for teaching Economics. Given the growing global crisis of industrial civilization and, in particular, the systemic crisis of its economic and political leader-the United States, the question is raised about the need to create a new type of textbook on economic theory. The article describes the philosophical roots of Economics and Marxist political economy. According to the authors of the article, these two areas of science and education in the twentieth century became examples of a “secular form of religion”, since their ideological orientation prevailed over the scientific content. “Russian Economics” is a textbook for undergraduates that has broader system relationships with other Sciences (sociology, political science, Cybernetics, zoopsychology, etc.) and applies, along with well-known models of Economics, also qualitative methods and models of classical political economy within the framework of a systematic approach. The article describes the methodological principles of a new type of textbook that reflect the basic provisions of traditional European culture and can serve to form the concept of the “third way economy”, as an objectively emerging model of a mixed economy.

The chapter econometrically estimates Greece's sectoral production in terms of labor and capital inputs from 2010 to 2018 and the (residual) sectoral multifactor productivity element in terms of technology features—the types of labor and capital—used. Everything being equal, based on the findings, projects undertaken to affect the post-pandemic recovery and economic development will yield better outcomes if they are carried out so as to bring more workers and investments in sectors where the two inputs have positive effects; reduce the use labor in sectors where the labor inputs are associated with negative effects or promote worker education accordingly; sell overseas older capital assets associated with negative effects on output or organize assets in ways that are more effective than in the past; and add new, technologically improved assets. The chapter also suggests that investing in certain sectors may be preferable on account of the production coefficients and depreciation rates. Overall, the approach developed may be of interest to analysts and policy makers elsewhere in the world.
