Emotional intelligence within the framework of the ability model: A nomological network analysis of a situational judgment test

Abstract: The scenario presents the examinees with a reallife hypothetical situation that describes a specific problem, difficulty, or a situation that requires intervention. The scenario may be general or content-specific. The beginning of the scenario usually describes the role and responsibilities of the examinee.
