Emotional Labor Behavior and Impacting Factors In Nurses: Example of Public Hospitals

Abstract: The aim of the study is to determine the emotional labor levels of nurses and the factors related them. Method: The data of the research, which is a descriptive study, were collected between January and February 2020. 310 nurses participated in the study.
