Employee engagement for millennials: considering technology as an enabler

Abstract: Purpose The paper aims to highlight the challenges of engaging millennial workforce and proposing strategies to address this challenge. Design/methodology/approach It is a viewpoint paper that reflects the opinions of human resource (HR) practitioners across industries in India.
