Abstract:We developed and validated a simple, sensitive, selective, and reliable LC–MS/MS–ESI method for the direct quantitation of lumefantrine (LFN) enantiomers [(−)‐LFN and (+)‐LFN] in mice plasma as per regulatory guideline.
