Encoding syriac letters in partition theory using extended Vigenere cipher

Abstract: In the past years, there have been several studies trying to link between the letters of international languages and partition theory, especially the English letters. Sami and Mahmoodin [4] used the idea for coding Syriac letters using partition theory, as shown in the following Table 1. We tried to exploit an important aspect in some of the techniques mentioned in [5-8] references.
