“…La diffĂ©rence entre ces deux tableaux se fait essentiellement par la radio thoracique de face et de profil qui met en Ă©vidence, lors d'une rĂ©cidive, une anse incarcĂ©rĂ©e Ă  la base du thorax, associĂ©e parfois Ă  un Ă©panchement.
