“…The use of cisplatin both as a single agent and in combination during pregnancy is relatively poorly documented. In the literature, we could retrieve only 21 cases (12)(13)(14)(24)(25)(26)(27)(28)(29)(30)(31)(32)(33)(34)(35)(36)(37)(38)(39)(40) and only two cases with carboplatin exposure (29,41) . Apart from intrauterine growth restriction in 2/21 (9.5%) fetuses (28,32) , most children were appropriate for gestational age (19/21, 90.5%).…”
