Abstract:Management of prepatellar hematomas can be difficult, and recurrences or persistent oozing are common. Endoscopic-assisted management of these hematomas has not been reported. We present the case of a 44-year-old lady with traumatic prepatellar hematoma who was managed with the evacuation of the hematoma assisted by endoscopic visualization and debridement.
