Endoscopic lithotripsy with peroral direct cholangioscopy using a conventional endoscope

Abstract: Recently, peroral direct cholangioscopy (PDCS) using an ultra-slim endoscope has come into the spotlight. However, the working channel is too small to use various devices for lithotripsy. We report a case of endoscopic lithotripsy with PDCS using a conventional endoscope as a cholangioscope.
