Endoscopic modified Lothrop procedure for postoperative frontal mucocele

Abstract: All patients had a patent median drainage pathway and were free from preoperative symptoms with an average follow-up of 24.5 months. Although scar formation in the anterior aspects of the frontal recess was observed, no patients required revision surgery.
