Endoscopic reduction of gastric antrum herniation through the foramen of Winslow into the lesser sac

Abstract: urgent colonoscopy was carried out. Many diverticula were observed on the right side of the colon without active bleeding and blood clots. Some diverticula were very small; therefore, it was difficult to observe inside them. However, by using water immersion and the water jet function, the insides of these diverticula were clearly observed, and a diverticulum with a white plug was detected ( Fig. 2; Video S1).
