Endoscopically assisted bone lid surgery for foreign body removal from the maxillary sinus and maxillary bone

Abstract: BackgroundBone lid surgery (BLS) is commonly used for the removal of foreign bodies from the maxillary sinus.Case presentationImaging tests showed the presence of a foreign body in the maxillary bone, close to the maxillary sinus floor, and in the maxillary sinus.
